Making a Return
- Complete the return/exchange form and include it with your return
- Affix the return label to your box
- Deposit your parcel at the local post box, or have the carrier service pick it up from your desired location

In-store exchanges and returns
Customers are welcome to exchange online purchased items in-store at the Yacht Club of Monaco boutique. Customer have 30 days from the day the goods are received to exchange the item. Exchanges will be made directly at the store.
Returns can also be done in-store. The member's Yacht Club of Monaco monthly account will be credited with the returned item amount.
Items purchased online and delivered via carrier services can be exchanged, however shipping fees for the return will be paid for by the customer and for the delivery of the exchanged item will be surcharged to the customer's Yacht Club of Monaco account.
If in the event the desired model, size, colour, quantity or item for exchange is unavailable, the Yacht Club of Monaco Boutique store will contact the consumer through email or telephone to find the best solution for you.
Your options include:
- The Yacht Club of Monaco can order your desired items. The waiting period varies according to product, which can take 2-6 weeks. The member will be notified of the estimated waiting period.
- An exchange for any product at the Yacht Club of Monaco Boutique
- The member's account will be credited with the amount should you decide to return an item.
Shipping returned items
Items that are returned via shipping services are required to reach us no longer than 30 days after the day you have received the parcel. Delivery fees are to be paid by the customer upon shipping. Any shipping carrier of your choice may be used. The Yacht Club of Monaco does not take liability in the case that the parcel is lost, damaged or stolen.
Our policy lasts 30 days. Should you not be fully satisfied with your purchase, customers are welcome to return the product to the YCM. The amount will be credited to the account of the member, which will show up on the member's following month's billing statement. If the payment was done in store in cash, the member will have the option to credit it to his YCM account, or be granted a cash refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must satisfy the following criteria:
- all items must be returned in their original packaging
- products must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in
In the case that the product was in poor condition upon reception, the member is asked to contact the YCM via email, telephonically or in person within 7 days of reception of product. The sales assistant will then guide you through delivering the package back to the store at no extra cost, and the store will resend the item to the member. Should the member decide to not want the product any longer, a credit to the member's account will be granted, or a full in-store refund will be made.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Should the item be received by the YCM longer than 30 days after purchase, YCM reserves the right to still charge the account of the member.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
